After originally starting his career in the Royal Air Force as a Chef, Danny Webster now uses his catering prowess to great effect as the proud owner of The Old Fire Station Cafe in Brackley.
Tell us a little about yourself and how your business originated?
Where is your local business based? / Where does your business cover?
Websters Events started in Sulgrave, but now based from the Coffee Shop in Brackley. We cater for many corporate clients and our biggest to date was David Coultard at Silverstone for his after party at the Grand prix.
We do pride ourselves in being adaptable to cater for any occasion. Our biggest ball to date was for 180 with a ball for 250 later this year. We do also have 2 outside Mobile bars to cater for large events.
What inspired you to start your business?
I always wanted to work for myself and the military gave me the confidence to do that. My business started as an outdoor bar, but I soon started serving both food and drinks.
What is in store for the future?
How has the Brackley community received your business / services?
I literally couldn’t of asked for a better reception. It’s been overwhelming since we opened in September, and with many regular returning customers. I’m really invested in what’s happening within Brackley and being part of the community.
What makes you different from the competition?
Goals for 2023?
Nothing as such. I love what I do, and don’t take anything for granted. Obviously I’d love us to be the best Coffee shop and Bake house in Brackley.
