b Yourself is a local mental health and wellbeing charity in Brackley dedicated to supporting children, young people and their families through the challenges of growing up in today’s world.
The charity works closely with schools, families and community groups to promote emotional wellbeing, build resilience and provide early help where it is needed most.
At its heart, b Yourself aims to create a safe, understanding and supportive environment where young people can talk about how they feel, access practical support and learn coping strategies to help them manage day to day life. The charity’s work includes one to one support, group sessions, workshops and activities designed to boost confidence, improve emotional regulation and help young people feel more in control of their wellbeing.
Being a local charity, b Yourself is rooted in the Brackley community and relies on community support, fundraising and volunteers to continue its work. This year the charity has been chosen as the Mayor – Bernie Tiller’s charity, which will help raise awareness of the vital role they play in supporting young people’s mental health across the town.
Whether through school programmes, family support or community events, b Yourself strives to make sure that every young person feels seen, heard and valued.
