My name is Claire Beale and I run Funkeys Music School based here in Brackley. I have been living in Brackley for the past 11 years but have had my music school for 28 years.

I am a local music teacher and a member of the Royal College of Music and Associate of the London College of Music. I currently work as a private music teacher and have a real passion for introducing children to the joys of music. As well as my private tutoring in my home based studio I also currently work at many local schools providing singing and piano lessons to lots of students. These pupils range from Reception through secondary school . Prior to moving into teaching, I worked as part of a team that successfully launched a national tour with Yamaha, Lloyds TSB, The Arts Council and Classic FM which provided opportunities for thousands of children to learn a musical instrument. I have also worked as a vocal instructor for Yamaha UK to improve teacher training techniques for the company.

I am very passionate for Music and love performing with My Funkeys students. I feel very lucky to have settled in such a wonderful rural setting and provide tuition for so many local students.
