With nearly 16 years of experience in early years, education and child development and currently working as a preschool manager, I bring a deep understanding of early childhood behaviour, attachment and sleep science to every family I support.

That’s why I take a holistic responsive approach that fosters connection, trust and emotional safety, I do not use any form of cry it out or sleep training that ignores a child’s cues, instead, using the child’s individual temperament and developmental stage; creating tailored sleep plans that work with not against their child’s natural rhythms. I offer 1 to 1 sleep support packages for families with children from 5 months to 7 years; including in-depth consultations, personalised sleep plans, ongoing support and troubleshooting guidance. Whether you’re navigating bedtime battles, frequent night wakings, short naps or transitioning to a toddler bed – I work alongside you to build gentle routines and strategies that bring more rest, peace and confidence into your home.
