We are a Luxury Pop-Up-Picnic, Tablescapes and Vintage Tea Set Up Hire Business operating in and around the local area.

My name is Danielle and I run Acorn and Oak with the help of my husband Jon and our two very small people.
I am a Building Surveyor by day but have been planning baby showers, suprise parties and weddings for up to 200+ people since 2015!
Friends, family and guests at those events encouraged me to start doing this professionally, and so, during lockdown, Acorn and Oak was born!

We specialise in small intimate events (because everyone knows that intimate is the new extrovert!)

Whatever the occasion, or simply just because, we can help you to celebrate it in a truly unique and wonderful style.

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and ability to create beautiful, intimate and luxurious Tablescapes to capture the atmosphere whatever the occasion.

We will work with you to make your event memorable in all the right ways.

We will deliver, provide the full set up and then clear everything away when you are finished so that you can ‘literally’ skip off into the sunset! (or put your feet up if you prefer!)

Let us take the stress out of putting on your dining experience. All you need to do is turn up at your chosen location, eat, drink and make memories with your fellow picnic-ers, and simply enjoy yourselves.

So what makes a pop up picnic special?
Well, 1) you can choose your view;
We are licensed and insured to set up in your own home or garden, many public spaces such as parks, lakes and beaches; and even on private land (provided you have written permission).

2) You choose your food:
Do you ever think about how lovely it would be to eat your favourite foods somewhere else? Well now you can!

Allergies? No problem!
Vegan? No problem!
Organic? No problem!
Picky Eater? No problem!

You can get your food delivered, pack your own or get a takeaway and serve it up on our set up! You control your budget, from £3 – £300 the choice is entirely yours!

3) We take care of the set up and take down too.
Dont worry about bringing / forgetting anything except the food and your own two feet!

We operate a “leave only footprints” policy and strive to ALWAYS leave the place exactly as we found it.
No litter, no trace!
We try to use eco-friendly and responsibly sourced products where possible and hand make many of our fabric items and wooden furniture.

We are flexible in the decor that we offer and will try our best to help if you have a particular theme or occasion in mind.
