Passion, Taste and Provenance are the principles on which we organise our evenings. Creating a menu that is tailored to our guests and using ingredients sourced locally and seasonally as much as possible.

Whilst it is not always possible to avoid high street stores, we take pride in our relationships with local game suppliers, award winning butchers, market grocers and fishmongers. Free Range and seasonal are forefront although often with a twist of the exotic.
Dishes may be bold, elegant and occasionally unusual, but flavour is key, and we ensure that the requirements and wishes of our clientele are put before any desire to appear extravagant or swanky.

Having created successful pop-ups as well as building a reputation for delicious and exciting home menus, we now offer our passion and experience to those who may want to look beyond the confines of their local pubs and restaurants.
