Spoon and whisk is a locally run bakery business specialising in brownies and cookies. Located in the Market Place, in the old Butlers Pie Shop, we welcome you to our brand new brownie counter & bakery.

We will be serving freshly baked treats, coffee and personalised brownie gifts by our sister company ‘postbox bakes’.
For the last 2 years, we have been running our postal brownie business ‘postbox bakes’ from our home kitchen. What started as a furlough project for myself and my mum has now expanded to a full time operation with lots of lovely feedback and repeat online customers.

By expanding our business, we hope to offer you the options of; popping in for a coffee and a brownie, picking up a gift for a loved one or stocking up on treats from our counter to take home.

As we send all of our postal boxes with Royal Mail, there is even the option to send your gift directly to your loved one …(so no more last minute moon pigs needed – yay!)
