I am a qualified clinical psychologist drawing on a range of psychological models to help individuals live more fully and I hope suffer less.

I work with clients with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, mood swings, phobias, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive behaviour, difficulties in social situations, stress management, bereavement, and relationship problems. I have also supported people with the social and psychological effects of medical conditions such as HIV. Many of my clients come with a question about life – a feeling of stuckness, lack of purpose, longing for things to be different or a struggle to adjust to life changes. I provide individual therapy in my private practice to support people with these difficulties.
