Davies & Partners origins date back over four decades having served the local community since that time, not just by effectively and efficiently selling and letting residential property, but by our active involvement in various clubs and organisations and through local sponsorships. The Partners and Staff live locally and are interested and involved in the area, continuing the social and community support ethos established by the founding Partners, from whom the trading name is derived and who retired in 1992. Beryl Green and George Britchfield purchased the business in 1992 each having already served more than 20 years with Davies & Partners.

In 2014 two additional Partners were brought on board to further drive the business forward. Both Alex Britchfield and Royston Williams have extensive experience in property sales, lettings, property management and have been members of the Davies & Partners team for many years before taking up their new roles.
