Hello, I’m Jacky, and I am delighted to introduce my Independent Living Support service, offering compassionate, reliable and personalised support to older adults in Brackley and the surrounding villages. 

With a background in social work and many years’ experience supporting older adults within Assisted Living, I understand the importance of dignity, independence and being truly valued as an individual.

My approach is centred around kindness, patience and respect – helping people maintain confidence, connection and quality of life. I offer companionship, practical support and reassurance, helping older adults continue living well in their own homes. I do not provide personal care, but offer a trusted presence and a helping hand for both individuals and their families.

Alongside my social care experience, I am currently completing my Therapeutic Counselling training, developing my skills in listening, communication and emotional support.

Independent Living Support with Jacky was created to provide a personal, flexible service tailored to each individual – from companionship and attending appointments to practical help and encouragement to stay connected with the things that bring joy.

Outside of my work, I am a wife and mum, and family is at the heart of who I am. I find peace and connection through nature, whether enjoying a quiet walk, the changing seasons or simply appreciating the beauty around us. I believe, just like nature, we all flourish when we are valued, supported and cared for.
