Did you know that you or your loved one could benefit from palliative and end-of-life care, completely free of charge? Katharine House Hospice already supports people in the Brackley area and wants to ensure everyone knows that they’re here for you, if ever you need them.
Katharine House provides a wide range of services to support adults with life-limiting illnesses, as well as their family and friends, from the point of diagnosis onwards. Patients are sometimes supported over months and even years, based on their individual needs.
Services include:
- Hospice care in the community
- Wellbeing services
- Lymphoedema support
- Therapy
- Financial advice
- Spiritual care
- In-hospice care
- Bereavement support.
Patients are cared for where and when they need it – either in their homes or at the hospice. The hospice aims to make every moment matter for patients and help people spend the time they have left creating quality memories with their loved ones.
Katharine House accepts referrals from a range of GPs and health officials across south Northamptonshire, north Oxfordshire and south Warwickshire.
