So this is me…Lee Hartill.
I’ve always been a sports enthusiast first to enter any School Sports days, cross country, hockey you name it I entered.
I delved into the footballing world for a few years hitting the heights of Semi Professional standard before work commitments took over and a long gap ensued…

However October 2013 during what personally was a difficult phase for me I decided to enter the London Marathon for 2014, why you ask….why not….isn’t life too short to try and discover a new you? find out your personal limits? meet some amazing new people in the world whilst on your journey?

London April 2014 marathon completed I’d worked hard over the winter and claimed my sub 4 hour personal target I wanted but in the process started a ball of motion that would make me today and where I am going on my journey to give back and help others with their journeys!
My journey has taken me to joining local athletics clubs where I’ve made friends for life, completed 2 further marathons, multiple halfs, many road races and cross country races up to national standard.

Believing your ability is key and exploring how I can challenge myself further has always been my weakness. This challenge has lead me onto amazing adventures of cycling the width of the country, an ultra marathon, duathlons, triathlons amongst many amazing races with some truly amazing people.

Strive was inspired by all my experiences to date, all that I have achieved is from nothing to what I am today so why can’t I help others, help you Strive on your Journey to accomplish what may seem like the impossible now, but the impossible is always possible come and join the Strive Tribe share that belief to smash your personal goals together today!
