At this time of year, they’ve managed to get their hands on Seville oranges, a true seasonal treasure! Unlike the sweet Navel orange, Sevilles have a distinctive, bitter edge that makes them absolutely perfect for homemade marmalade. So, if you’re after a cosy kitchen project to try on a chilly February weekend, why not give marmalade making a go?
